Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is expanding its Remote Service Hub to provide 24/7 remote support for Markem-Imaje printer models. The role focuses on handling technical claims, guiding customers, and escalating issues as needed, while building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.

The candidate should have an associate degree, at least two years in industrial technology and customer management, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a technical college is recommended.
• At least two years of experience in industrial technology and customer management.
• Excellent technical skills (mechanical, electrical, computer, electronic).
• Experience with a ticket management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact for Technical claims for all Markem-Imaje printer models.
• Handle calls, emails and chat from international customers within SLA’s.
• Develops knowledge of customer applications for all products to respond to issues.
• Documents all details of reported problems and resolutions for service history.
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate appropriately.
• Build trust with customers through proactive communication and coordinated cross-team action.
