Markem-Imaje in the Philippines is seeking a PI Helpdesk member to provide advanced software support for industrial automation solutions across global customers. You will troubleshoot complex software integrations involving production lines, printers, databases and ERP systems, in a newly established hub in Manila.

The role requires technical education or relevant experience, 2+ years in software support, knowledge of VB.NET/C#, SQL, Windows, and remote collaboration with international teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in software support, software development or technical application support.
• Experience with VB.NET and C#.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL or similar languages.
• Understanding of Windows environments, networking and client/server software.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first contact for software-related support from regional and international customers.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate incidents involving applications, databases, servers and industrial communication.
• Support deployments and customer implementations when required.
• Document investigations, resolutions and best practices to improve knowledge base.
