Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is expanding its Remote Service Hub and seeking an experienced support professional to respond to technical claims for Markem-Imaje printer models. You will handle calls and emails from international customers, build knowledge of product applications, and ensure smooth installation and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree, 2+ years in industrial tech and customer management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Associate degree from a technical college recommended.
At least two years of experience in industrial technology and customer management.
Excellent technical skills (mechanical, electrical, computer, electronic).
Experience with a ticket management system is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for technical claims for Markem-Imaje printer models.
Handle calls, emails, and chat from international customers within SLA.
Develop knowledge of customer applications and technical specifications for installation and maintenance.
Document diagnostic steps and resolutions in the case management system.
Identify sales opportunities and escalate through proper channels.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
