• Lead writers, voice actors, editors and thumbnail designers to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and lead weekly production calls with performance insights and decisions.
• Oversee publishing across YouTube and major social platforms.
• Coordinate licensing, footage usage and editorial quality checks.
