Job summary

Shane Hummus seeks a YouTube Creative Director to partner with owners, entrepreneurs, and creators. You’ll own content strategy, ideation, and QA, working with a lean two-person team including a video editor.

You’ll translate client goals into compelling video roadmaps and ensure brand-aligned output under tight weekly deadlines. You’ll lead the ideation process, research growth strategies, and shape presentations for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high-growth channel.
• Ability to translate client goals into engaging video concepts and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration with editors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3-5 video concepts per client using strategic ideation frameworks.
• Shape video roadmaps, scripts, and production plans to hit weekly deadlines.
• Review 3 edited videos for quality, provide actionable direction, and optimize performance.
• Create thumbnails concepts and present narratives using visuals tools.
