Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is required.
• Completed YouTube Certification courses (YouTube Asset Monetization + YouTube Content Ownership).
• 1+ year experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, trends, and best practices.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Channel Growth & Optimisation using data-driven insights to maximise organic growth and discoverability.
• YouTube SEO & Trends updates; apply SEO and AI-driven optimisation techniques.
• Audience Engagement through comments, viewer interaction, and strategies to grow subscriptions.
• YouTube Rights Management knowledge; ensure content licensing and compliance.
• Analytics & Reporting with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align YouTube strategies.
