Content Growth Engine (Team Hummus) is seeking an A+ video editor to join our tight two-person creative powerhouse, editing high-impact YouTube content for established owners, creators, and entrepreneurs. Work with a Creative Director to translate brand guidelines into retention-focused videos, edit long-form content (15+ minutes), create thumbnails, and manage scheduling across client channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos.
• Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit 3 high-quality long-form landscape videos (15+ minutes).
• Create 3 thumbnails that capture attention and drive clicks.
• Manage video scheduling and publishing across client channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on direction and feedback cycles.
