Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Digital Sales Communications team. This role focuses on leading technical sales for our clients while providing innovative solutions to meet their needs. The successful candidate will possess a blend of pre-sales experience, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

The role is remote and open to candidates outside a few specified states in the U.S. A background in engineering, mathematics, or computer science and familiarity with cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products.
• Excellent communicator and presenter.
• Engaging storyteller can simplify complex topics.
• Ability to guide customers to technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Telecom, SIP, or Contact Center systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives for pre-sales activities.
• Lead technical and product sales discussions.
• Build engaging customer product demonstrations.
