Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Multimedia Video Editor to produce internal, corporate, and short‑form social content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will edit with hooks, pacing, captions, and platform‑specific storytelling to maximize watch time and engagement.

You will leverage AI‑powered editing tools, manage end‑to‑end edits, and collaborate with Marketing and People & Culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in video editing or multimedia production.
Proven experience growing TikTok or short‑form channels through content strategy and hooks.
Portfolio showing measurable short‑form video performance and audience engagement.
Mandatory experience using AI‑powered editing, content generation, automation, or post‑production tools.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition).
Strong understanding of short‑form formats and platform algorithms.
Ability to interpret video performance data and adjust editing strategies.

Responsibilities

Produce and edit short‑form video content for multiple platforms.
Develop hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual structures to improve watch time.
Create internal training videos, onboarding content, FAQs, and educational resources.
Produce corporate and marketing videos including overviews and campaigns.
Use AI tools to speed up production and improve quality.
Manage end‑to‑end editing: footage selection, color, audio, and exports.
Repurpose long‑form footage into platform‑specific shorts.
Test different hooks and formats to identify high‑performing approaches.
Monitor trends, platform algorithms, and content performance metrics.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all video content.
Collaborate with Marketing, People & Culture, and stakeholders to translate ideas into video content.
Handle multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
