Job summary

TubeScience is seeking a social-native editor to turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts. You will edit fast-turn projects, test ideas with data, and level up skills within a fully remote, international team.

Bring 3+ years of social video editing experience and strong After Effects skills to craft hooks, narratives, and CTAs. You will be expected to work asynchronously with global colleagues and complete a technical editing assessment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred).
• Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography).
• Comfortable working in English with async, global teams.
• Willing to complete a technical editing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly.
• Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback.
• Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality.
