Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Video/Photo Editor to work from home for digital marketing across social platforms. You will edit video and photo content, craft short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and optimize UGC with hooks, captions, and pacing.

You’ll produce assets for campaigns with motion graphics, thumbnails, and subtitles, using Canva, CapCut, and Figma. Collaborate with marketing teams to align assets with campaign objectives, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

Proven experience in video and/or photo editing for digital content.
Experience editing short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and other digital marketing channels.
Experience producing digital advertising creatives, including motion graphics, thumbnails, subtitles, and post-production enhancements.
Proficiency in one or more creative editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

Edit video and photo content for digital marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
Edit user-generated content (UGC), incorporating effective hooks, captions, pacing, cutdowns, and creative variations to produce engaging content.
Produce and enhance creative assets for paid and organic campaigns, including motion graphics, thumbnails, subtitles, and post-production edits.
Utilize creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar editing platforms to produce high-quality visual content.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve editing workflows and content production efficiency.
Stay up to date with digital content trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
