TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead the stability, performance and roadmap of our contact center platform from a remote location in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will partner with executives on RFPs and client meetings, balancing deep technical work with clear communication to clients and stakeholders. You will guide architecture decisions, own governance and security practices, and lead a distributed engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise CCaaS platforms and Google Contact Center AI preferred.
• Product management or platform ownership experience for a technical product/service.
• Proven track record leading Tier 1/2 support teams and escalation roles.
• Governance, audits, security/compliance work including SOX, PCI.
• Proficiency with Jira/Tempo/Confluence and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own stability, performance, and roadmap of contact center platform and integrations.
• Lead security, governance and lifecycle documentation; ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee change management, RFC process, and risk assessment.
• Produce weekly status reports and monthly KPIs; track incidents and capacity.
• Lead a global Tier 1/2 engineering team and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Support client discussions, RFPs, and sales engineering with architecture input.
