Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Principal Client Advisory to join our Managed Services practice in Manila. This remote role leads service delivery, client relationships, and day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients across ITIL-aligned processes.

You’ll drive incidents, platform upgrades, renewals, and continuous improvement to ensure client satisfaction and commercial success. As a trusted advisor, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, create service reviews, and support Day 2

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in Technical Operations Management.
• Experience supporting CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Five9, Cisco, NICE CXone, AWS Connect or similar).
• Strong client relationship management and consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage incident response, change management and service delivery processes.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with SOWs, invoicing and renewals in managed services.
• Ability to mentor others and manage technical support teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platform operations, health monitoring and service delivery.
• Lead incident management and change cycles across multiple teams.
• Coordinate communications and performance reviews with clients.
• Prepare weekly/monthly service reviews and client quarterly reviews.
• Support contract renewals, SOWs and invoicing inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement and transfer to Day 2 support.
