hurra.com is an independent German digital marketing agency delivering data-driven growth for international clients. We seek an International Senior Performance Marketing Manager – SEA, Google Ads & AI Advertising to own strategy and performance across complex Paid Search accounts.

You will drive campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and AI Search, work with clients and international specialists, and help shape our Paid Search offering while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search or PPC experience, ideally in an agency or international environment.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and understanding of bidding, tracking, conversions, landing pages, feeds and objectives.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear strategic actions.
• Consultative approach to working with clients and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and independent in a remote work environment.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of complex, high-budget Paid Search accounts across multiple markets and platforms.
• Develop data-driven strategies across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and emerging AI Search environments to deliver measurable business growth.
• Translate complex performance data into clear insights, prioritised actions and continuous optimisation.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, challenge existing approaches and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
• Lead strategic presentations, workshops and pitches, while helping shape best-in-class standards across our Paid Search and AI Advertising practice.
