Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Paid Search using Google Ads, with Microsoft Ads experience beneficial
• Experience managing lead generation-focused campaigns, primarily through Google Ads
• Experience managing Search, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube, and Display campaigns
• Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and product feeds through Google Merchant Center
• Experience using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
• Experience interpreting campaign data and insights through Google Analytics
• Experience managing multiple campaigns across several clients
• Experience managing and optimizing accounts with medium to large advertising spend
• Experience working with financial data, forecasting, and budget management
• Experience supervising or guiding digital marketing specialists or executives
• Proven track record of managing paid search campaigns at scale to achieve business growth goals
• Ability to conduct full account audits and recommend optimization strategies
• Ability to write and review compelling, high-converting ad copy
• Strong knowledge of the latest paid search features, strategies, and Google platform updates
• Strong leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor and support team members
• Strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems in a client-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with paid search specialists and managers to drive campaign strategy, optimization, implementation, and reporting
• Manage account operations, including campaign setup, optimization, processes, and budget pacing
• Monitor team and account processes to ensure consistent execution
• Drive continuous improvements across account management, training, and team development
• Execute account changes and campaign optimizations as required
• Oversee overall performance and KPIs across multiple brands and accounts
• Monitor account profitability, reporting accuracy, and performance forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional Performance and Social teams to align marketing strategies with client business goals
