Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of telecom engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems preferrably Freshworks.
• Experience with NICE InContact CXone platform administration.
• Experience supporting global regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems including PSTN, VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise Contact Center and telecommunications systems.
• Design, configure, and enhance call routing and IVR scripting.
• Serve as primary administrator for Nice inContact CXOne platform.
• Manage Freshdesk and Freshchat admin workflows.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for contact center issues.
