We are seeking an experienced Head of People to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired) and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail
