Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications & ITSM Administrator in Metro Manila for a temporary work-from-home night shift. You will administer and optimize ITSM platforms, manage enterprise SaaS apps, and serve as a primary escalation point for complex issues across the global service desk.

Responsibilities include monitoring integrations, coordinating with vendors, generating KPI reports, and ensuring IT governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of IT Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, or IT Operations experience including leadership or service desk coordination.
• Experience in a BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise apps, and ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; flexible for permanent night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the ITSM platform (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus / ServiceNow) with ticket workflows, automation, and SLA compliance for the global service desk.
• Provide L2/L3 hands-on escalation for complex issues involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints, and identity/access management.
• Manage and maintain enterprise SaaS apps (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, QuickBooks) including user provisioning, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations; resolve authentication, SSO, API, and data synchronization issues across the stack.
• Support IT operations and InfoSec compliance by generating KPI reports, maintaining technical docs, and executing change management processes.
