Responsibilities

Lead and manage the local IT & Digital team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and global technology standards.
Oversee IT lifecycle including infrastructure, networks, systems, development, maintenance, and user support.
Partner with business units to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
Coordinate with regional and global IT teams to align IT initiatives, standards, security, and governance.
Manage enterprise data strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
