Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Digital Media Analyst to lead Amazon Advertising campaigns and drive optimization initiatives within the OISA umbrella. This role focuses on client collaboration, data-driven decision making, and managing analytics-driven projects from setup through insights.

Based in the Philippines, the position offers WFH with a night shift schedule, competitive rewards, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads.
• Knowledge of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Preferred experience with client and account management.
• Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships. Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details.
• Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Refine your expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact in the Amazon Advertising ecosystem, including Amazon Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients and vendors; track, escrow and solve client issues.
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints.
• Work closely with your Optimization & Innovation Manager and other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results.
• Manage one or more Optimization & Innovation Analysts.
• Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup; measure performance using sophisticated data analysis.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports; contribute to all aspects of ongoing program analysis.
