MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, is seeking a hands-on Senior Analyst/Manager for its Amazon media team. The role focuses on supporting retail media strategy, planning, activation, optimization, and reporting in partnership with U.S.-based client leads.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Amazon Ads or retail media platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Walmart Connect).
• Experience running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Strong data manipulation in Excel and deriving insights.
• Client-facing communication via email, meetings, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP).
• Assist media planning, pacing, optimization, and budget management.
• Track and report KPIs; deliver actionable insights.

Senior Analyst Or Manager, Amazon Media (PH-based)

We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven digital media talent to join our growing Amazon team. This role will focus on supporting retail media strategy and execution across Amazon campaigns. This includes planning, activation, optimization, and reporting — in close partnership with our U.S.-based client leads.

Whether you come from an agency, in-house, or marketplace background, what matters most is your comfort with performance data, structured reporting, and a deep curiosity about what drives e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, and more).
• Contribute to media planning, pacing, optimization, and budget management.

Required Skills

Priority

• 1–3+ years of experience in Amazon Ads, e-commerce media, or retail media platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Walmart Connect).
• Experience running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Strong data and Excel skills; able to manipulate large datasets and extract insights.
• Client-facing communication experience (email, meetings, reporting).

Secondary

• Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud, DSP Audience segmentation, and campaign refinement.
• Understanding of retail media attribution and optimization techniques.
• Experience using reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).

Tertiary

• Experience with programmatic media buying or performance marketing on other platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Exposure to tools such as Pacvue, Skai, or similar retail media management platforms.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Background in fast-moving verticals like consumer electronics, CPG, or appliances.
• Strong attention to detail with a love for structured processes and systems.

SHIFT & LOCATION

This is a full-time, remote or hybrid role based in the Philippines. Working hours will include partial overlap with U.S. time zones.
