Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist for a work-from-home role in the Philippines. You will support the setup, launch, monitoring, QA, reporting, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and English, and eager to build a career in ad operations. Training for platform-specific and client-specific tasks is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Up to one year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Excel and English communication is essential.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

Campaign Setup and Execution across ad servers and platforms.
Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, and performance indicators.
Prepare reports, pacing summaries, and status updates.
Perform QA checks and document issues with resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed.
