Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Development Group Manager to lead opportunities in assigned districts within the Philippines, driving coverage, distribution, and performance against targets.

The role requires building customer plans, analyzing data for sell-in/sell-out insights, and leading a team of Customer Development Managers to close gaps and achieve business goals. Travel will be heavy (about 75% of the time) with remote work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in customer development field sales (direct/indirect).
• Experience in shopper development or in-store management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customers in the district to build annual and mid-year consensus numbers.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify opportunities and drive GTN.
• Ensure 5Ps execution and on-time delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer P&L alignment with financial targets.
• Coach and develop Customer Development Managers for performance.
