Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course or related course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods/ Customer Management of key accounts.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with drive to achieve results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-savvy with strong field execution and customer/trade understanding.
• Able to work well under pressure with integrity.
• Highly literate in MS Office and Google Suite.

• Monitors sales and distribution performance and drives continuous improvement.
• Engages customers to build brands through alignment, selling and negotiation.
• Regular store visits to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on commercial strategies and plans.
• Leads 18-month rolling joint business plans at SKU level.
• Monitors 5P activity execution against agreements and objectives.
• Collects external environment information during promotion periods.
• Conducts post-evaluation analysis and explains variances.
• Extracts insights from analyses and informs future strategy.
