Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course or related course.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Development field sales handling both direct and indirect trade accounts with consistent track record of excellence performance.
• Experience in Shopper Development and/or In-store management will be an advantage
• Results-oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead customers in the assigned district to build annual and mid-year consensus numbers in CBP.
• Prepare and analyze reports; own data analytics for sell-in and sell-out opportunities.
• Ensure correct 5Ps execution in the district with supervision and ATTA compliance.
• Ensure each customer P&L aligns with the company’s financial objectives.
• Manage Gross-to-net by tracking monthly CBP to meet GTN targets.
• Coordinate with Customer Service & Logistics for planning, forecasting and on-time delivery.
