Job summary

NAIS CORP is seeking an experienced AU Senior Payroll Specialist to own payroll operations for multiple Australian clients, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate payments and compliance with Modern Awards, PAYG, STP, payroll tax, and Fair Work.

Work permanently from home, with a salary “up to ₱90,000/month” depending on experience. Grow your AU payroll expertise while handling diverse client needs and building strong relationships with Australian teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll, awards, and compliance.
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll end-to-end for multiple Australian clients.
• Handle onboarding to offboarding, including final pay and entitlements.
• Interpret Modern Awards and employment agreements to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with PAYG Withholding, Superannuation, STP, Payroll Tax and Fair Work.
• Process leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Prepare payslips and payroll reports and ABA payment files.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end reporting.
• Respond to payroll queries from clients and employees.
