Job summary

Aleph is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and maintain transformation pipelines turning messy data into FP&A-ready analytical tables. You’ll lead end-to-end data flow from source integration through production-ready models and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data integrity and performance.

You’ll work on a stack including dbt, SQL, Python, and BigQuery, integrating diverse sources and leveraging AI to speed up delivery while keeping support light.

Qualifications

• Experience owning transformation pipelines end to end, with financial/operational data where possible.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience; data modeling, testing, deployment.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing data transformations as you add integrations and customers.
• Design and evolve data integrity tests with Engineering and Customer Success.
• Partner with Customer Success to understand data/reporting needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Refactor and optimize models and pipelines, establishing reusable patterns.
• Raise the bar with clean code, thoughtful reviews, and strong developer experience.
