Job summary

Maya is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and monitor data products and pipelines that empower data scientists. You will create feature stores, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Data Engineers and Governance to raise data maturity.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead design reviews, and shape coding standards while building self-serve pipelines. Proficiency in dbt, SQL/Spark and cloud data warehouses is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years building production ETL/ELT pipelines.
• 1+ year in technical leadership or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design data products and pipelines for data science solutions.
• Develop and maintain feature stores and feature pipelines.
• Implement data quality checks and SLA-aligned data sources.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Communicate architecture and solutions to a broad audience.
