Job summary

Gabtech Global, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Consultant for a remote, project-based role lasting 2–3 months, with potential to transition to full-time based on performance. You will support AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of accounting experience, payroll knowledge, NetSuite experience (Sage a plus), and strong Excel skills. US-hours night shift apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll functions and taxes.
• Experience in AR and AP processing.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with NetSuite; Sage is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily banking and treasury activities.
• Maintain general ledger and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly close reports per GAAP.
• Assist with sales tax filings and audit preparations.
• Support internal control assessments and risk reviews.
• Manage payroll processing and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Assist with acquisitions’ accounting integration.
• Help develop and improve accounting systems and processes.
• Support auditors with information requests.
