Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Senior Accountant to support a U.S.-based company's financial reporting and general accounting operations from the Philippines. You will manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cash accounting, prepaid amortization, and tax compliance, reporting to the Assistant Controller.

The role requires at least 5 years of accounting experience, a solid grasp of US GAAP, and the ability to work U.S. business hours on a Philippine overnight schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with GL, month-end close, and tax compliance.
• CPA license or CPA candidate status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Record cash transactions and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare sales and state/local tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support audits and bank examinations with required schedules and documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial data.
