Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of AR/AP and/or General Accounting experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work overnight US hours in Philippine time.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records by documenting transactions and posting journal entries to the general ledger.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting and provide financial projections.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable laws.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Oversee cash flow and manage expenses to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
