Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a Security Engineer to provision, manage, and optimize company managed security solutions including endpoints, vulnerability management, and firewall systems. The role supports clients and internal teams with incident response and ongoing technology improvements.

You will review and optimize technology configurations, work with vendors to maximize utilization, and contribute to security best practices while staying current with evolving technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of IT experience with security concepts and technologies.
• Current vendor certifications or equivalent industry experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company’s managed security solutions and architectures daily.
• Provide advanced technical support and consultative recommendations to clients.
• Identify recurring security issues and assist with remediation and automation improvements.
• Respond to tickets and incidents within established procedures.
