About the role
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Solutions Engineer with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network systems, ICT, and cybersecurity. This role involves designing, installing, and configuring end-to-end technology solutions - including hardware, software, and security systems to meet client and organizational needs. You'll be responsible for implementing secure and scalable systems while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with cybersecurity standards, including EDR and MDR technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, workstations, storage) and software (OS, applications, enterprise tools) in diverse IT environments
- Design and implement network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure
- Provide technical support for ICT solutions, ensuring seamless integration of communication, data, and security systems
- Deploy and manage cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platforms
- Monitor and analyze system performance, network security, and vulnerability reports, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define solution requirements and deliver customized technical architectures
- Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing support, and compliance checks aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use and client reference
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) efforts, technical demonstrations, and post-implementation support
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network systems, or cybersecurity engineering roles
- Proven experience with hardware and software setup, network infrastructure, and ICT solutions
- Solid knowledge of EDR/MDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)
- Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Fortinet, or Palo Alto)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in both on-premises and cloud-based environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
