Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SOC/NOC sentinel for a remote role. You will own and triage SOC/NOC boards, investigate alerts from SIEM, EDR, and network devices, and help stop incidents before they affect clients.

• 3+ years of execution-first experience in a SOC/NOC environment
• Experience with incident response, firewalls, and network lifecycle management
• Strong documentation and ticket-management abilities
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, EDR/SIEM tools, and cloud ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Triage and own SOC/NOC boards and respond to security alerts
• Manage patch and firmware updates using ConnectWise and network consoles
• Develop and tune automated alerting rules to improve detection fidelity
