Getwingapp is seeking a virtual assistant to act as a sales caller for outbound host recruitment for countrywide classes. The role emphasizes securing free sessions, following up with hosts, and maintaining scheduling accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills. This is a 100% remote role with paid training, growth opportunities, and a Pacific Time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate program.
• 5 years of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone, email, and IM communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Tech savvy with CRM, cloud services, VoIP and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to secure class hosts across regions.
• Maintain and follow up with hosts to keep schedules and minimize cancellations.
• Update and manage CRM or internal systems with accurate contact and scheduling data.
