Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a remote Inside Sales Specialist to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You will conduct daily outbound outreach and follow-ups, targeting U.S.-based restaurant businesses, and schedule qualified appointments for the team.

You will work a 40-hour week on a Pacific Standard Time night shift, with base pay of $8 per hour plus commission per qualified meeting. Reliable internet and a professional home setup are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience and ability to generate qualified leads.
• Capable of making about 500 outreach per day.
• Professional English communication.
• Strong follow-up and lead management.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Stable internet and remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting initial discovery calls, qualifying prospects based on business needs and purchasing intent, nurturing potential clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Target US-based restaurant prospects within the approved ideal customer profile.
• The attendee is an owner, operator, general manager, IT/POS decision-maker, or legitimate buying influencer.
• Demonstrate products or services via online portals or video presentations.
• Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data accurately using our CRM.
