You will engage with English-speaking clients, use company scripts, and participate in a structured process to accelerate revenue growth. This role offers training, room for growth, and the potential for profit sharing with healthcare benefits.

Qualificações

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or equivalent communication with English-speaking clients.
• Full-cycle sales experience: AE/closing roles.
• High-ticket or B2B sales focus with inbound & outbound calls.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Industry-related sales experience: Telco, financial loans, recruitment sales.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily using scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Conduct high-quality business evaluation meetings to identify needs and present solutions.
