You will report to the sales team and contribute to multi-channel outreach across North America markets. Ideal candidates excel in organization, communication, and accountability, thriving on targets and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in appointment setting, prospect list management, and sales administration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting targets.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build rapport with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
• Generate high-quality leads and create new sales opportunities for the company.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs and challenges.
• Schedule meetings and connect prospective clients with the sales team.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns.
