Job summary

BairesDev invites a Junior SDET to join our remote team, supporting automated testing across software applications worldwide. You will develop, run, and refine test scripts, report defects, and collaborate in code reviews to ensure quality in SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in testing, knowledge of Selenium/JUnit/TestNG, CI/CD basics, and strong English skills. We offer 100% remote work with flexible hours and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software testing or development experience.
• Good understanding of test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with Git and bug tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in test automation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that test automation strategies are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the test environment and test data.
• Assist in the integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
