BairesDev is seeking a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Appium to build and maintain mobile automation frameworks for native, hybrid, and mobile web apps. You will ensure quality across iOS and Android devices, writing automated tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

With 4+ years in test automation, you will contribute to a global, 100% remote team and collaborate with developers to diagnose defects and improve testing efficiency. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or QA Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building mobile automation frameworks using Appium.
• Proficiency in cross-platform testing across iOS and Android devices.
• Experience testing native, hybrid, and mobile web applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile automation best practices and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile test automation frameworks using Appium.
• Create and execute automated test scripts to verify product functionality on real devices and emulators.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality improvement.
• Perform API-level testing to validate backend services supporting mobile applications.
• Research and implement advanced mobile automation practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
