Job summary

Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Engineer for our Professional Services Team. In this 100% remote role based in the Philippines, you will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth integrations with third-party systems.

You will work closely with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager, serving customers like Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar, while driving quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security settings
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation
• Support deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies
