Job summary

Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Engineer for our Professional Services Team. In this 100% remote role based in the Philippines, you will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth integrations with third-party systems.

You will work closely with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager, serving customers like Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar, while driving quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Role Summary Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Engineer for our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Customer and Product Implementation configuration, including Specright and Salesforce.

You will also work hand in hand with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering. In this role, you will get the chance to work with customers such as Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar.

This role is 100% remote and based in the Philippines.
