Qualifications

• 2+ years focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud development.
• Strong knowledge of LWC and Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations: SOAP/REST APIs and ETL tools.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and daily tasks; meet SLAs.
• Design, configure, and manage Salesforce integrations via APIs and ETL tools.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior members.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
• Provide status reports and end-user support; implement changes.
