Job summary

Specright is hiring a Salesforce Engineering Delivery Lead to build and lead our offshore Salesforce engineering organization. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of 6-10 Salesforce developers based in the Philippines, while staying hands-on in the platform yourself (roughly 50-60% of your time in code and architecture).

Your team will span two workstreams that are critical to Specright's growth: implementation delivery on our Salesforce-native platform and ongoing managed

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Proven track record leading Salesforce engineers, ideally in SaaS or consulting.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams serving US-based customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable interfacing with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the offshore Salesforce engineering team (6-10 developers) and manage hiring, onboarding, and performance.
• Own delivery quality, utilization, and margin for the team.
• Build operating cadence: standups, code reviews, sprint planning, retros with distributed teams.
• Coach engineers on technical depth, customer communication, and delivery discipline.
• Forecast capacity and utilization in partnership with leadership; flag risks early.
• Contribute to services margin via staffing decisions and reusable patterns.
• Maintain project hygiene and reporting to reflect reality.
• Deliver end-to-end customer implementations with proper scoping and risk management.
• Guide internal Salesforce development roadmap and tool accelerators.
• Collaborate with Product and Software Eng to decide build vs. buy, and standardize patterns.
