Job summary

Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Engineer for our Professional Services Team. This remote role, based in the Philippines, focuses on configuring and integrating Salesforce and Specright solutions for customers like Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar.

You will design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity and system performance while staying current with platform updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Be an active learner.
• Highly accountable & attention to detail; time management with respect to managing multiple projects at once.
• Ability to provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Support deployment processes using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
