InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead a reservations and sales team within a global hospitality leader. You will coach colleagues to sell with confidence and integrity, and use performance insights to improve conversion, revenue, loyalty, and guest experience.

You will translate campaigns into daily actions, monitor data to strengthen the sales pipeline, develop talent through side-by-side coaching, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and other stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in sales, reservations, or contact center with proven targets.
• At least 2 years in people leadership with team accountability.
• Strong data literacy using Excel, dashboards, and CRM.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder-management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Flexibility for US business hours and shifts.
