Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer for Colombia, remote. You will act as the technical point of contact for customer engagements, coordinating pre-sales activities and translating customer needs into clear solution strategies.

You will design and deliver compelling demonstrations, connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, and present solutions to stakeholders with strong business acumen. Travel is minimal initially with broader regional travel later.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Technical foundation in cloud technologies, databases, automation, content management or workflow solutions.
Ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects and communicate business impact.
Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of influencing diverse audiences.
Pre-sales, implementation, or solution engineering experience or strong technical background with growth potential.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical POC for customer engagements; coordinate pre-sales meetings and translate needs into solution strategies.
Design and deliver solution demonstrations linking technical capabilities to business outcomes.
Present proposed solutions to stakeholders with a balance of technical depth and commercial awareness.
Partner with Global Services for post-sale handoff and ongoing engagement.
Develop technical documentation and RFP responses reflecting solution strategy and customer context.
Engage in a structured onboarding with senior engineers on content management and automation projects across Latin America.
