Responsibilities

Partner with sales leadership across Mexico's Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to optimize the sales motion and drive ACV, retention and expansion.
Lead cross-functional programs focused on process redesign, tooling enhancements, and analytics-driven improvements.
Assess and prioritize Sales-specific requests based on impact and effort, developing a roadmap aligned to Mexico Sales goals.
Develop and maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies or risks in the seller workflow and implement solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation and deliver scalable tooling.
