Job summary

SOS Consulting Group is seeking a proactive administrator with sales and marketing exposure for a fully remote role. You will support calendar management, client communications, and CRM upkeep while helping execute strategies across Sales and Marketing.

Applicants should be strong communicators with experience in customer service, have a tech-savvy approach, and be comfortable learning new systems. This position welcomes candidates nationwide, not limited to Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service and general administrative role.
• A confident and well-articulated telephone style.
• Experience in a sales role.
• Knowledge of a variety of cloud-based computer systems highly regarded.
• Ability to learn new computer systems. Being tech savvy is a must.
• Marketing experience would be valuable.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
• Manage the enquiry pipeline, tracking incoming leads and client requests
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent follow up
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure enquiries are properly assessed, actioned and progressed
• Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records ensuring all client interactions and pipeline status, follow ups and conversion progress
• Assist with the execution of Sales and marketing initiatives
• Assist with client engagement activities and maintain professional communication with prospective and existing clients
• Track and report on relevant Sales and Marketing activities, lead and outcomes
