Smartsourcing is seeking a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to drive performance, process excellence, and strategic alignment across global sales and marketing teams. The role focuses on analytics, dashboards, and governance to optimize workflows and support data-driven strategies.

You will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director, manage the Sales Support team, and lead initiatives across CRM, automation, and cross-functional projects in a fully remote setup with teams in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or similar performance role.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven decision making are required.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transform performance data into actionable insights for sales and marketing.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• oversee Sales Support/Admin operations and SLAs.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing Director to align strategy across geographies.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Manage remote stakeholders across time zones and teams.
